FedEx lost one of the two packages. The seller was extremely patient and helpful. Once everything arrived, it was put together in less than an hour. Looks great. The arms aren’t as high as the image (and no, I don’t have an extra thick mattress), but over all it’s perfect for my needs.Directions were terrible and could not find anything better online. The pieces were backwards because the mattress is too high and the only other way to put on to make the mattress sit lower as pictured in the ad would have been to put the pieces upside down. I really liked this out of all the ones I viewed and I decided to keep and avoid the hassle of trying to return but very simple and basic and was priced high for a few extra pieces on bottom for support which I could have added myself cheap.
