This is a nice chair. It is a little on the smaller side but we have a small space so for us it is the perfect size. It is a little firm but still very comfortable, guessing it will soften up with use. It is very nice looking, the fabric is soft and very attractive.UPDATE: THE SELLER REACHED OUT TO US AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE FOLLOWING SITUATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SELLER, EVERY OTHER ASPECT OF THIS PURCHASE WAS PERFECT. NOT SURE WHY WE HAD A DISCONNECT WITH THEM ON GETTING BOTH ITEMS BUT THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT. Our biggest problem was getting both of the chairs we ordered. We ordered two but only one was delivered. I immediately messaged the seller who was very prompt in replying and assuring me it would be taken care of. I needed the 2nd chair so I did not let it go at that - I messaged the seller every couple of days. But I always got the same canned response that as soon as the "manufacturer" gave them shipping information they would let us know. At 2 weeks of these same messages I had the feeling the delay was purposeful so that once a certain amount of time had passed, it would be too late for me to request help through Amazon. So I sent a final message giving them 2 days to notify me my 2nd chair had been shipped. That date passed so I contacted Amazon and requested a refund, which I received a few days later. I then ordered another chair and it was shipped out literally two days later! Why I had to go through all of this ridiculous drama is beyond me. I was very frustrated having to deal with this when I was out of town for a funeral when all they had to do was ship the chair we paid for weeks before. The seller was very good at replying to my messages, but the follow-through was lacking. It did all turn out okay, we now have both chairs, but it was rather an ordeal getting there.
