I recommend the silver one. And the installation is very easy, even if you have no installation experience.With all the parts marked with numbers or letters, it's very easy to assemble. My son did it with little help from us, and he is very happy with the product - strong support for the mattress. The more important, he can welcome his friends to come and sleepover anytime now in his small bedroom :-)
