Using for spare room for grandchildren. Started out pretty easy until getting to drawers. Instructions not clear and later in for the rest of the bed directions there are no more pre drilled holes. You need to put screws in yourself. Ended up only using trundle not drawers. Direction not very easy to understand after 1st or 2nd step. Could be alot better some things just not explained. Looks nice but hit you feet on trundle when msking bed.Not too hard to assemble. Wish the drawers were actually aligned as drawers. They pull out but they are not on any rails. Bed works great for holding an extra bed for when guest come to stay.Update, Jan 24, 10pmUpgraded my rating from 1 star to 4 stars: Yesterday (Saturday) I received an email from the seller apologizing for the problem and asking for photos to help identify the part that broke. I did send photos, and today, Sunday evening, I received the seller’s offer to send a new bed as a replacement to the one that broke - no need to send the broken one. So, I hope that the bed that broke after 6 month of use is a rare outlier. But so far, the seller’s customer service (thank you, Stephanie!) has been outstanding. I will update again after we receive the new bed.We purchased this bed 6 months ago (Aug 2020). Used by a single person, 170lbs. As you can see, it snapped suddenly at the point that is most often used when sitting on the bed, suggesting that the wood quality is not suited for the job. Tried to contact the seller via the Amazon app and got a response from Amazon that there is a problem with the recipient’s email - so, no way to contact the seller and request they send a replacement bar.This is a decent product. There were a few boards/slates that were damaged during shipping but what can you expect. It all comes in one tall slender box. It took me and my daughter (13) a little over an hour to assemble. When we got to the point to install the two drawers we realized they don't actually connect to the bed with any type of rail system. Instead that have small wheels on the bottom of the drawers and you simply slide the drawers in and out. Decent but basicAssembly isn't too bad and all the hardware was there. The finish went desirable and there were a few pieces for the head board that were completely warped. Like it had been sitting in a humid area before boxing. Nothing lined up on the drawers, Be prepared to make new holes if you want them straight. For the price though, it's a bed.❤️❤️❤️A very nice bed for my grandson's room! His room is small so the size & under- bed large drawers work great!I bought this for a family member who weighs 270. I chose this particular bed frame because the description says the capacity is 400 pounds. The side rails are made of particle board and it broke apart after about a month. It’s beyond the return date, and I wouldn’t want a replacement as it would likely fall apart anyway. The 400 pound capacity —as advertised — is a farce. There was nothing that would make this frame any sturdier than a standard kid’s bed frame.Some parts we received had to be adjusted in order to work. One block for the drawer wheel was too far forward and prevented installation of the drawer back panel.If you’re considering this for a child — or someone light weight — whose not hard on things, it would probably be okay. Otherwise, chose something else.
